GPWM Biennium Conference

The biennium conference for the GPWM will take place on 5 and 6 November in Osaka, Japan. This conference will bring together stakeholders from governments, civil society, academia, the private sector and the international development community to discuss challenges, opportunities and new trends in waste management.

The GPWM was launched in November 2011 to enhance international cooperation among stakeholders, identify and fill information gaps, share information and strengthen awareness, political will and capacity to promote resource conservation and resource efficiency.
